Luckily just applying new thermal paste and cleaning the CPU cooler helped a ton and brought down the temperature of my CPU by like 30 degrees Celsius, (from 90 to 60) so I might not need the new cooler anyway. The only other modification I did was remove the cooler, because originally I wanted to install a new CPU Cooler as well, though I found it to be very problematic as it was very big and probably incompatible with my motherboard, so I just applied new thermal paste (it was a very long time since I last applied a new one) and then I installed back the stock cooler. Other programs like Internet Browser (Opera GX), Discord, Teamspeak 3 didn't crash at all. League of Legends - Crashed once while in-game and crashed once when I had just the client opened Rocket League - This game didn't crash on its own, but it caused the blue screen with the error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege - Crashed 3 times very quickly, once when I was just turning on the game, second time when I tried to start a game and for the third time when I was in-game Minecraft - it ran for a long time without a crash, but then crashed and then crashed again two times really quickly I checked so that it does it automatically and it switched back to my D (HDD) and 20GB of Paging File Size. My games were crashing before when I had 16GB of ram when I had just 4GB of RAM Allocated for paging file sized and I had the Paging file size on my SSD. With just 16GB of RAM running on this exact setting I never had this problem expect one time when I had wrong paging size set. I also have A-XMP enabled in my BIOS, I run the default profile 2 which should be CL16-18-18-36 3200MHz I have a total of 4 RAM slots in my Motherboard and before upgrading I had the 16GBs in a dual channel, so with the two I just filled in the remaining two.
Task Manager shows the RAM to be running just fine at 32 GB and the Speed of 3200MHz
I don't believe that I can contact any manufacturer as my computer is built by me and some parts are over 2 years old but I don't know how this contacting of the manufacturer works exactly.īefore installing the new RAM I had HyperX 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Predator Series and I bought another pair of the exact same RAMs so that is HyperX 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Predator Series making my total RAM 32GB I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and this came up but no more info except this:
Hello, today I was installing new RAM adding to my old sticks from 16 GB to 32 GB but since then my games have been crashing and once even my computer crashed with this error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
